- Enroll- Enroll into the BYJU’S learning program. Choose the course and lessons depending on your (or your child’s) grade/test.
- Explore- In the period of 15 days (or 7 days for test prep courses) you can explore the content and the features of the product.
- Decide- When nearing completion of the trial period, you may continue to use the BYJU’S product or return the product and seek a refund (before the trial period ends).
Advantages of BYJU’S Freemium Subscription:
- The best feature of BYJU’S Freemium subscription is the trial period. It allows you to experience the premium content firsthand.
- In case you do not like a product/course, you can return/withdraw it within the trial period.

How to refund/cancel BYJU’S Subscription?
To cancel your order, contact BYJU’S at [email protected] or call +91-9241333666 within 24 hours of placing the order. To return the BYJU’S product (tablet) and request for a refund, send an email to [email protected] or call +91-9241333666 within 15 days or 7 days depending on the product (explained above). BYJU’S will not accept any refund request after completion of the trial period.
The refund will be made to your bank account within 10 working days of returning the product.
