Previously, At Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, Sinha was appointed as Senior Vice President, HR for heading business partnering, employee relations, and talent management. Mrinal will be operating at Gurgaon and in this new role, he will be prioritizing developing leadership and culture, diversity, inclusion, equity, human resources strategy, emphasizing the firm’s vision to being a leader and employer of choice in India.

Graduating from Xavier School of Management, Sinha has spent most of his career in the financial and banking service sectors. He has experience working with top brands like ICICI and Max Life Insurance. Sinha brings experience of over 20 years in organizational leadership and human resources. In the early stages of his career, he was appointed as an assistant manager, HR at Polaris Software Lab. Then, in 2004, he was appointed as zonal head of recruitment for ICICI, where he gained maximum experience working in different positions in the people operations function, which included overseas locations as well. With multiple promotions at ICICI, he was employed for more than 11 years with the firm. In his last position as the zonal head for the North region at ICICI, he was responsible for managing over 18,000 employees across businesses.
